History of Rentz Management, Inc.
In 1981 Bob Rentz was hired by Ronald C. Davis, a residential developer, to manage the sales of his new development on the west side of Cincinnati. From 1981-1989 Bob’s responsibilities grew to include construction supervisor, sales and property management of Ron’s developments throughout the Cincinnati area.
Rentz Management, Inc. began in October of 1989 when Bob Rentz purchased the Ronald C. Davis Management Company. Rentz Management grew from management of 288 units in 1989 to over 2,000 units by the year 2001. In April 2001, Rentz Management relocated the offices from the west side of Cincinnati into The Kentucky Times Star building, a renovated historic building located at 421 Scott Blvd. in Covington, Kentucky. The new office space provided a professional environment where the company could continue to grow.
Since relocating the offices to Northern Kentucky in 2001, the business has expanded to include the management of office, high rise, apartment style and urban loft condominiums, single family landominiums, master associations, and several associations located within historic buildings on both sides of the river. Currently the company manages over 5,000 units and continues to offer exceptional property management throughout the tri-state area.
